area of an equilateral triangle is
( \sqrt{3}  \div 4) \times  {side}^{2}  = 16 \sqrt{3}
  {side}^{2}   \div 4 = 16
 {side}^{2}   = 4 \times 16
side = 2 \times 4
side = 8
perimeter = 3 \times 8 = 28m

we know that area of equilateral triangle is
√3/4×side²
now
(√3/4)× side²=16√3
side²=(16√3×4)/√3
side²=64
side=√64
side=8meter
now in eqilatrai triangle all sides are equal therefore
perimeter=3×side
24meter
