The half of the perimeter of the triangle is 6 cm.

Given,

The area of an equilateral triangle is 4√3 cm².

To Find,

The value of half of the perimeter of the triangle.

Solution,

The formula for calculating the area of an equilateral triangle is √3a²/4.

where a is the side of the equilateral triangle.

Now, the area of the equilateral triangle is given as 4√3 cm².

So,

Area = 4√3

√3a²/4 = 4√3

a² = 16

a = 4 cm

Now, the half of the perimeter of the triangle will be

Perimeter/2 = 4*3/2 = 12/2 = 6 cm.

Hence, the half of the perimeter of the triangle is 6 cm.
