√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)=12
s=(a+b+c)/2
s=(a+5+5)/2
s=10+ a/2
√(10+a)/2(10+a/2+a)(10+a/2+5)(10+a/2+5)
=12
(10+a/2)(10+3a/2)(20+a/2)^2=12^2
(10+a/2)(10+3a/2)=144/100+10a+a²/4
25+5a+15a+3a²=144/(a/2+10)²
√(3a²/4+20a+25)=12/a/2+10
