the area of base of a right circular cylinder is 15400sq.cm and it's volume is 92400cu. cm find height of the cylinder and also find the curved surface area of the cylinder.

Given base area=15400 sqcm---(1)
Volume = 92400 cu cm---(2)
Height=h= (2)/(1)
=92400/15400
=6 cm
Substitute h=6 cm in (1)
Base area =pi*r^2= 15400
r^2=15400×7/22
r^2=4900
r =70 cm

Curved surface area= 2*pi*rh
=2*22/7*70*6
=2640 square cm
