Let length be 2y m.
Area= 2(L+ B) x H
150 = 2 (2y +y) x 4
150 = 2 x 3y x 4
y = 150 / (2 x 3 x 4)
y = 25/4
y = 6.25 m
So, Length = 2y = 2 x 6.25 = 12.5 m
Breadth = y= 6.25 m
Area of floor =L x B
= 12.5 x 6.25 m2
= 78.125 m2
