area of a parallelogram=base*height
base(AB)=4.2cm
then,AB*height=36cmsq.
then,4.2*height=36
then,h=36/4.2
then,h=60/7cm

therefore,the height of the parallelogram ABCD is 60/7cm

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.... mate

here is your answer...

It is given that Area of parallelogram ABCD =36cm^2

AB = 4.2 cm

Let the height of Parallelogram ABEF = h

Area of parallelogram ABCD = Area of parallelogram ABEF
(THEY ARE IN THE SAME BASE AB AND BETWEEN THE SAME PARALLELS )

Therefore area of ABEF = 36cm2

Area of a parallelogram is = b x h

36 = 4.2 x h
h = 36 / 4.2
h = 8.57

THEREFORE THE HEIGHT = 8.57 CM
