Let the base and altitude be 3x and 2x.

So, by condition,
3x*2x = 150.
Or, 6 x^2 = 150.
Or, x^2 = 25.
Or, x = 5 (x > 0)

Thus, base = 3*5 = 15cm.
Altitude = 2*5 = 10cm.

Hope this helps,.
