∴ AB∥CD

∴ AB∥EF

Hence, ABEF is a parallelogram.

We know Parallelograms lies between same parallel lines and having same base are having equal areas.

∴ ar(ABCD)=ar(ABEF)

∴ ar(ABEF)=90cm
