The area of a rectangle gets reduced by 9 square units, if its length is reduced by 5 units and breadth is increased by 3 units. If we increase the length by 3 units and the breadth by 2 units, the area increases by 67 square units. Find the dimensions of the rectangle. Can you do this question by Elimination Method??

let a be the length and b be the breath.
(a-5)(b-3)=(ab)-9
ab-5b-3a+15=ab-9
ab-ab-5b-3a+15+9=0
-5b-3a+24=0 -(1)
(a+3)(b+2)=ab+67
ab+2a+3b+6=ab+67
ab-ab+2a+3b+6-67=0
2a+3b-61=0 -(2)
solve it by multiplying first eqn with2 and second eqn with 3 and are both you will get value of b and substitute it any of the equations.
