Let the other side be X
Then,

5(y + 3)( {y}^{2}  - 16) = 5( {y}^{2}  - y - 12)x
 {y}^{3}  + 3 {y}^{2}  - 16y - 48 \div  {y}^{2}  - y - 12 = x
x = y + 4

The other side is y+4

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of rectangle = 5(y+3)(y^2-16)

Length of one side = 5(y^2-y-12)

Other side =\frac{Area}{Side}=\frac{5(y+3)(y^2-16)}{5(y^2-y-12)}

                 =\frac{5(y+3)(y^2-4^2)}{5(y^2-y-12)}

                 =\frac{5(y+3)(y-4)(y+4)}{5(y^2-y-12)}

                 =\frac{5(y^2-y-12)(y+4)}{5(y^2-y-12)}

                  =y+4

Hence The other side is y+4
