\huge\mathbb{\underline{\underline{\red{SOLUTION:-}}}}

\bold{Given}\begin{cases}\sf{length:breadth=5:3}\\ \sf{Area=735m{}^{2}}\end{cases}

  • Let length and breadth be x

  • Then it's 5x and 3x

Now :-

\bf{\underline{\underline{\purple{According\:To\: Question:-}}}}

\tt{\red{ Area\:of\: rectangle=Length\times Breadth}}

\begin{cases}\sf{Length=5x}\\ \sf{Breadth=3x}\\ \sf{Area=735m{}^{2}}\end{cases}

\sf Area\:of\: rectangle=L\times B\\ \\ \sf\longrightarrow 735=5x\times 3x\\ \\ \sf\longrightarrow 735=15x{}^{2}\\ \\ \sf\longrightarrow \frac{\cancel{735}}{\cancel{15}}=x{}^{2}\\ \\ \sf\longrightarrow 49=x{}^{2}\\ \\ \sf\implies \sqrt{49}=x\\ \\ \sf\implies x=7cm

\sf{\blue{The \:value \:of\: x\: is \:7cm}}

●Now the length

=7×5=35cm

●And the breadth

=7×3=21cm

\bf{\pink{ length =35cm\:breadth=21cm}}

We have to find the perimeter

Now :-

\bf Perimeter\:of\: rectangle=2(L+B)\\ \\ \sf\implies perimeter=2(35+21)\\ \\ \sf\implies perimeter=2\times 56\\ \\ \sf\implies perimeter=112cm

The perimeter of rectangular room is 112cm

 \underline \mathbb{SOLUTION}

 \underline \mathbb{GIVEN}

LENGTH : BREADTH = 5 : 3

area = 735 {m}^{2}

 \underline \mathbb{LET}

THE LENGTH AND BREADTH BE X.

THEN IT CAN BE WRITTEN AS 5X AND 3X.

 \underline \mathbb{NOW}

 \underline \mathbb{ATQ,}

  =  > area \: of \: rectangle

 = length \times breadth

Length= 5x

Breadth=3x

area = 735 {m}^{2}

Area of rectangle = L×B

 =  > 735 = 5x \times 3x

 =  > 735 = 15 {x}^{2}

  =  > \frac{735}{15}  =  {x}^{2}

 {x}^{2}  = 49

x =  \sqrt{49}

x = 7cm

 \underline \mathbb{NOW,}

LENGTH=7×5 = 35 cm

BREADTH = 7×3 = 21 cm

WE HAVE TO FIND THE PERIMETER,

 \underline \mathbb{NOW,}

perimeter = 2(35 + 21)

perimeter = 2 \times 56

perimeter = 112cm

HENCE,

THE PERIMETER OF RECTANGLE IS 112 cm.
