Area = 340 m^2
=> Length *Width = 340
=> 70*Length = 340
=> Length = 34 /7 m

Perimeter = 2(L+B)
= 2*(70 + 34/7)
= 2 * (490+34)/7
= 2*524/7
= 1048/7 m

Cost = Perimeter *rate
= 1048*5.7 / 7
= 5973.6/7
= Rs 853.4

Let Length be l 
Given Breadth, b = 70 m
 So area of plot = l*b = 340 
                         = l*70=340
                            l=340/70 = 34/7 
 
 So cost of fencing at rate of 5.70 per m= Perimeter of plot*5.70
                                                                   = 2(l+b)*5.70
                                                                   = 2(34/7+70)* 5.70
                                                                   = 2(524/7)5.70
                                                                   = 853.33 rs.
