l = 12 m

b = A/l

  = 96/12

b = 8 m

Cost of Leveling it:

Rate = Rs 1.75 per sq.m

New Area = 96 + (96 * 12/100)

                 = 96 +  11.52

New Area = 107.52 sq.m

cost = 107.52 * 1.75

Ans) Cost of leveling is ₹ 188.16
