Hey mate..
========

We have,

Perimeter of a rhombus ABCD = 20cm

We know,

Perimeter of a rhombus ABCD = 4 × Side

Let, Each side be the base of the rhomus.

Now,

=> 20 = 4 × Side

=> 5 = Side

I.e. AB = BC = CD = AD = 5cm

Now,

In right Angled triangle ABD we have,

BD^2 = AD^2 + AB^2

= (5)^2 + (5)^2

= 25 + 25

= 50

Thus, BD = Height of the rhombus =
5 \sqrt{2 \: }  \: cm

Hope it helps !!!!
