The area of rhombus is 60cm2. If one of its diagonals is 16cm,find the other diagonal​

area of rhombus = 60cm^2

d1 × d2/ 2 = 60

given d1 = 16cm

16 × d2 / 2 = 60

d2 = 7.5cm

Answer: other diagonal = 7.5cm

LET OTHER DIAGONAL = X


AREA OF RHOMBUS = 1/2 × PRODUCT OF ITS

DIAGONALS

60 = 1/2 × 16 × X

60×2/16 = X

120/16=X

7.5CM =X
