we know that,

to find out the area of semi circular path = r² /2 = 308
r² = 616/
∴ r = 14 cm

perimeter =  $\pi$ r + 2r
                  = 22/7*14+2*r
                   = 44+28
                      = 72 cm.
∴ the perimeter = 72 cm.
