Area of square=5184 square. m
Area of square=(side)^2
 \sqrt{5184}  = side  \\ 72cm = side
Now, we know that the EACH side of the given square of area 5184 sq. m is 72cm.

Let the breadth of the rectangle be x
Therefore, the length of the rectangle= 2 x

ACCORDING TO THE QUESTION;
Perimeter of the square=Perimeter of rectangle
4×side=2(l+b)
4×72=2(x+2x)
288=6x
288÷6=x
48=x
So, the breadth of the rectangle=x=48m
Therefore, length=2x=48×2=96m
We know that the area of rectangle is l×b
On substituting the values of l and b, we get;
48×96=4608 sq. m
