answer is:

side of square field=√5184m^

=72m

perimeter=72m×4=288m

perimeter of square field=perimeter of rectangular field=288m

now,

let the breadth of rectangular field be x

then,length=2x

according to the question,

perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

=288m=2(x+2x)

=288m=2×3x

=288m/6=x

=48m=x

thus,

breadth=48m

length=48m×2=96m

area of rectangular field=l×b

=48m×96m

=4608m^.
