Acc to the question the area of the square = 22 sqaure cm.

i.e. side ^ 2 = 22

or, side = 22 ^ 1/2

Now if we try to find the length of the rope then we have to find the perimeter of the square.

Perimeter of square = 4 x side = 4 x (22 ^ 1/2) units.

Now using this rope we have made the circle, therefore again we have to find the circumference of the circle.

or, 2 x (22/7) x radius = 4 x (22 ^ 1/2)

or, radius = {4 x (22 ^ 1/2) x 7} / (2 x 22)

or, radius = 14/(22 ^ 1/2)

Now, area of the circle = 22/7 x radius ^ 2 = 22/7 x {14/(22 ^ 1/2)} ^ 2

or, area = 28 square units. (Ans)
