Answer:

2640 sq.cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

The area of the base of a right circular cylinder is 15400 CM square

Formula of area of base = πr^2

So,  πr^2=15400

 22/7*r^2=15400

r^2=(15400*7)/22

r^2=4900

r = 70

So, radius is 70 cm

Volume of cylinder = πr^2h

Since we are given that  its volume is 92400 cm cube

So, πr^2h =92400

(22/7)*(70)^2*h =92400

(70)^2*h =(92400*7)/22

4900*h =29400

h =6

So, height is 6 cm.

Curved surface area of cylinder = 2πrh

                                                     =2*(22/7)*70*6

                                                     =2640 sq.cm.

Hence the area of the curved surface is 2640 sq.cm.
