Answer:

Let,

Breadth of Rectangle = x cm

So, Length of Rectangle = 2x cm

Now,

Area of Rectangle = 32 cm² ( given )

Also, Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

•°•

Length × Breadth = 32

( x ) × ( 2x ) = 32

2x² = 32

x² = 32 / 2

x² = 16

x = √16

x = ± 4

Dimensions can't be negative.

•°• x = 4

Now,

Length of Rectangle = x = 4 cm

Breadth of Rectangle = 2x = 2 ( 4 ) = 8 cm

\bold{\large{\boxed{\pink{\tt{ANSWER}}}}}

☆ Area of rectangle = 32 cm^2

☆ Let us assume that breadth = x

☆ It is given that , length is two times its breadth ..so , length = 2x

We know that,

\bold{\large{\boxed{\purple{\tt{ Area \:  of  \: Rectangle = length × breadth}}}}}</p><p>

\rightarrow{\tt{32 = x \times 2x}}

\rightarrow{\tt{32 = 2 {x}^{2} }}

\rightarrow{\tt{ {x}^{2}  =  \frac{32}{2} }}

\rightarrow{\tt{ {x}^{2}  = 16}}

\rightarrow{\tt{x =  \sqrt{16} }}

\rightarrow{\tt{x = 4\: cm}}

So , breadth = x = 4 cm

Length = 2x = 2 × 4 = 8 cm

We know ,

\bold{\large{\boxed{\blue{\tt{ Perimeter  \: of \:  Rectangle = 2 (l+b)}}}}}</p><p>

\rightarrow{\tt{2(4 + 8)}}

\rightarrow{\tt{2(12)}}

\rightarrow{\tt{24\: cm}}

I hope it helps u dear friend ^_^
