Height= 14cm
Let, one parallel side be x cm
So,Other parallel side will be (x+16) cm


Area of trapezium = (height*sum of parallel sides) /2

$182 = \frac{1}{2} \times 14 \times (x + x + 16)$
182= 7(2x+16)
182/7=2x+16
2x=26-16
x=10/2
x=5

Length of trapezium,

One side is 5cm long
Other side is x+16=5+16=21cm long
