Let first parallel side be x
So according to given Condition, second parallel side = x - 4

We know that area =
 \frac{1}{2}  \times (b1 + b2) \times h \\
where b1 and b2 are parallel sides.

So we have
 \frac{1}{2} (x + x - 4) \times 8 = 248 \\  =  > (2x - 4) \times 4 = 248 \\  =  > 2x - 4 = 248 \div 4 \\  =  > 2x - 4 = 62 \\  =  > 2x = 62 + 4 \\  =  > 2x = 66 \\  =  > x = 66 \div 2 \\  =  > x = 33
so first parallel side is 33

second = x - 4 = 33 - 4 = 29

Hope it helps dear friend ☺️✌️

While the shorter side is of 25 m
