Area=352 cm2
height=16 cm
one side (let it be 'a')=25 cm
let other side be 'b'

therefore, A=1/2 x (a+b) x h
                352=(25+b)x16/2
                352/8=25+b
                44-25=b
                19 cm=b

Answer:

other parallel side = 19cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the measure of the parallel sde be x

Area of trapezium  =  1/2 * distance between the parallel lines * (sum of parallel lines)

thus, 1/2 * 16 * (25 + x )= 352sq.cm

         8 * 25+x = 352sq.cm

         25+x = 352sq.cm/8

          25 + x = 44cm

           x = 44 - 25

              = 19 cm

VERIFICATION:

1/2 * 16 * (25+19)

8*44

= 352sq.cm
