=>2 x 22/7 x r x r=308

=>r²=308/2 x 7/22

=>r²=49

=>r=√49=7cm,,

Now,

2r = diameter of circle = length of rectangle

length=14 cm

radius of circle = breadth of rectangle=7 cm

∵Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

                                      = 2(14+7)

                                      = 2 x 21 = 42cm

∴The perimeter of the rectangle is 42 cm.
