Let,the radius of two semicircles = r and R.

So,

(πr²)/2 : (πR²)/2 = 49:25

(πr²/2) × (2/πR²) = 49:25

r²/R² = (7)²:(5)²

r:R = 7:5

The ratio of circumference =

πr : πR = (π×7)÷ (π×5) = 7:5 (answer)
