Here's The Answer :

The distance between two parallel sides is the height of the trapezium.

Hence, we have to find the height of the Trapezium.

Let the height of the trapezium be H cm.

=> Area of a Trapezium = 450 sq. cm

1 /2 × (Sum of parallel sides) × Height = 450

1 /2 × ( 37 + 23 ) × H = 450

1 /2 × 60 × H = 450

60 /2 × H = 450

30 × H = 450

30H = 450

H = 450 / 30

H = 15

So, the distance between two parallel sides is 15 cm .
