πr²/πr² 2nd =16/25
then ratio or r 1 is to r 2 =4/5
then 2πR1/2πR2=4/5
then ratio or r 1 is to r 2 =4/5
then 2πR1/2πR2=4/5

let the r of 1st circle be r1
and 2nd circle be r2
area of 1st circle/area of 2nd circle=π r1^2/πr2^2
16/25=r1^2/r2^2
r1/r2=4/5
ratio of circumference=π8/π10
=4/5
So ratio of circumference of circle is 4: 5
and 2nd circle be r2
area of 1st circle/area of 2nd circle=π r1^2/πr2^2
16/25=r1^2/r2^2
r1/r2=4/5
ratio of circumference=π8/π10
=4/5
So ratio of circumference of circle is 4: 5
