NO. OF ELECTRONS IN AL3+ = 13-3 =10
NO. OF ELECTIONS IN CL1- = 17+1 = 18

in al3+cl-
if u talking abt sub atomic particles then
al+3 have 10 electron and 13 proton
and cl- have 18 electeon and 17 proton.
