The valancey of the elements with atomic numbers 5 (Boron) and 7 (Nitrogen) will have the same valancey

and, atomic number 7 and element with atomic number 10 (Argon) will have high ionisation energy, since the orbitals are half filled in Nitrogen atom and in Argo, there will be fully filled electrons in the shell
