It's so because the no. of electrons in a noble element is more as compared to other elements. thus this results in a greater interionic force between the protons in the nucleus and electrons in the shells than that in an atom of any other element, ultimately making the atomic radius of noble gases the smallest of all. hope it helps you.....mark as brainliest
