x+(x+2)+(x+4)+(x+6)=23*4
4x+12=23*4
4x=92-12
4x=80
x=20

so least number will be 20

Let the four consecutive even numbers be x-3, x-1, x+1, x+3 respectively.

As their average is 27, we can write

[(x-3)+(x-1)+(x+1)+(x+3)] / 4 =27

→ (4x)/4 =27

→ x =27

So the largest number is,

x+4 = 27+3 =30
