Distance covered in 1st half = 30km

speed of 30km = 30 km/hr

time = distance / speed

t=30/30

=1 hour

average speed = total distance / total time

60=30+90/1+x

60(1+x)=110

60+60x=110

60x=110-60

60x=50

x=50/60

x=0.83.....

speed = distance / time

=90/0.83

=107.36km/hr

sunnyXavier: wrong answer
sunnyXavier: 30 plus 90 is 120 not 110
sahasraramadugu2005: yes
sahasraramadugu2005: oh how sorry wrong calculation but the method is correct
sahasraramadugu2005: oh how sorry wrong calculation but the method is correct so you can do it in the same way
sahasraramadugu2005: oh how sorry wrong calculation but the method is correct
sahasraramadugu2005: and then the speed = 90/2 = 45km/hr
sahasraramadugu2005: sorry just forget about the above message the answer is wrong it should be 90/1 = 90km/hr
sunnyXavier: tq sister
sahasraramadugu2005: welcome
