As the unit is not same.So at first we have to equal all the units.

Tortoise speed 0.6km/h = (6/20 × 5/18)m/s

= 1 / 4 m/s

= 0.2m/s

Speed of athlete is 7m/s

speed of bicycle is 200m/min

= (200/60)m/s

= 3.3m/s

Now we have to arrange it in decreasing order

7m/s , 3.3m/s , 0.2m/s

so,

7m/s, 200m/min, 0.6km/h
