Answer:

112 kg

Step-by-step explanation:

Let Average weight of 3 women = x

Acc. to formula,

(Sum of weight of 3 women)/3 = x

or (Sum of weight of 2 women + 100)/3 = x   (equation 1)   {as weight of 1 women is 100 kg}

Now, when 100kg weight women is replaced by new women avg. weight was increased by 4 kg.

It means that weight of that women must be greater than 3rd women.

So, we can write

Weight of new women as (100+y) where y is the weight that new women have extra than 100 kg.

So, New equation be like:

= (Sum of weight of 2 women + Weight of New women)/3 = x + 4

{as 3rd women is replaced by new one}

= (Sum of weight of 2 women + (100 + y))/3 = x + 4

= ((sum of weight of 2 women + 100) + y)/3 = x + 4

= (sum of weight of 2 women + 100)/3 + y/3 = x + 4

{from equation 1}

= x + y/3 = x + 4

= y/3 = x - x + 4

= y/3 = 4

= y = 12

Now, we know that the extra weight than 100 kg is 12 kg

So, weight of women = (100 + y) = 100 + 12 = 112kg

Hope, You got it.
