(Sum of weight of 5 men)/5=average weight of 5 men (x)
Sum of wt. of 5 men =5x
Let the wt. of new men =y
Acc to q
{(Sum of wt. of 5 men -150+y)/5}=x-3
5x-150+y=5x-15
y=135
z=105 (Weight of another person which come in place of new person i.e 135-30=105)
(Sum of wt. of 5 person -135+105)/5=M
5x-30=5M
x-M=30/5
x-M=6
