area of parallelogram = base * height

let the height x so base is 2x

x*2x=512

2xsquare=512

xsquare=256

  • x=16m

ATQ, the bace of the paralelegram is doble of its hight.

let the hight of the paralelegram be x.

there4 its bace = 2x

nao formula to find the area of a paralelegram is bace × hight

➡ bace × hight = 512m²

➡ 2x × x = 512m²

➡ 2x² = 512m²

➡ x² = 512/2

➡ x² = 256

➡ x = √256

➡ x = 16m

hence, the bace of the paralelegram is = 2x = 2 × 16 = 32m

and hight of the paralelegram = x = 16m
