Here given : b=10cm ,h=12cm

then as we know that

Area of llgm= b*h
=10*12=120cm^2

and if it's altitude is 8 cm the. as we know sides of llgm are equal means =b

area of llgm=b*h=120
b*8=120
b=120/8=15

so parallel sides are 15 cm and 15cm
