Let assume base =3x

Height =4x

Area of triangle =1/2 xbxh

=1/2*3x*4x=6x^2

Atq

Area =96

6x^2=96

X^2=96/6=16=>x=4

Base =3x4=12cm

Height =4x4=16cm

Area of a triangle is = 1/2×b×h
b= base
h = height
now
b:h
= 3:4
let. b =3x
h=4x
=>area∆= 1/2×3x×4x
=1/2×12x

=6x^2

and area∆is =96 cm ^2. given
=>96= 6x^2
x^3 =96/6
=32/2
=16
x=4

b=3×4=12 cm
h=4×4=16cm
