AC= 13 cm
CB= 5 cm
AB= x
By pythagoras theoram we find AB
AC^2 =AB^2 + CB^2
AB^2= AC^2 - CB^2
x^2 = 13^2 - 5^2
x^2= 169-25
x^2= √144
x= 12cm
Area of right ∆ = 1/2(B)(H)
=> 1/2(12)(5)
=> 1/2(60)
=> 30 cm^ 2
