If this circle were graphed on the point of an x,y graph as (-5,0) (5,0) (0,12) the y intercept would be bisecting the unique angle of this isosceles triangle and revealing the two left and right halves to be pythagorean triplets.
So the inscribed circle is centered on the y intercept, and along any of the other angle bisects. So if the angle at (-5,0) were bisected, this would be an original angle of A degrees where cos(A)=5/12. A = 65.38 degrees.
Bisected A is 65.38/2=32.69 degrees from point (-5,0).
L = length from circle center to (-5,0)
L*Sin(32.69) = Y distance from origin to circle center = r
L*Cos(32.69) = 5
5/Cos(32.69) = L = 5.941
5.941^2 - 5^2 = r^2
r = 3.208
