Let the height of the parallelogram be h

Given that base is thrice the height

∴ Base of the parallelogram = 3h

We know that Area of parallelogram = base × height

Here Area Given = 2187 sq cm

∴ base × height = 2187

3h × h = 2187

h² = 729

h = √729

h = 27 cm

∴ Height of the parallelogram is 27 cm

The height of a parallelogram is "27 cm".

Step-by-step explanation:

Let \ the \ height \ of \ a \ parallelogram \ be \ "x".\\And,the \ base \ be \ "3x".\\Area=2187 \ cm^2\\\\As \ we \ know,\\\\The \ Area \ of \ parallelogram,\\A=base\times height\\\\On \ putting \ the \ values\ in \ the \ above \ formula,we \ get\\\\2187=3x\times x\\\\2187=3x^2\\\\x^2=\frac{2187}{3}\\ \\x^2=729\\\\x=\sqrt{729}\\  \\x=27\\\\Now,\\\\The \ height \ of \ parallelogram=27 \ cm
