Here is your answer > >

Let the height of the parallelogram = h

Base of the parallelogram=2h

Area of the parallelogram = 288 cm^2

But, area of parallelogram = Base×Height

288=2h*h

288=2h^2

h^2=288/2

h^2=144

h^2=12^2

h=12 cm

Height of parallelogram = 12 cm

Base of parallelogram = 24 cm

Hope it helps!

HERE IS YOUR ANSWER :-

Let the height of the parallelogram be " x cm "

So its base is " 2x "

Area of parallelogram = 288 cm²

we \: know \: that \: \\ \\ \\ area \: of \: parallelogram = base \times height \\ \\ \\ 288 =  x(2x) \\ \\ \\ 288 = 2{x}^{2} \\ \\ \\ x = \sqrt{144} \\ \\ \\ x= 12 \\ \\ \\ x = 12 \\ \\ \\ height = 12  \\ \\ \\ base = 2x \\ \\ \\ = 2 \times 12  \\ \\ \\ = 24
