The given triangle is a right angled triangle.
Therefore , hypotenuse^2=base^2+side^2
25^2=15^2+side^2
side^2=400
side= 20cm
Therefore area of a right angled triangle is
=1/2*base*side
=1/2*15*20
=150sq cm
The area of the triangle is 150 sq cm.
Hope it helps.

Hey dear friend

Base of a right ∆=15cm
Hypotenuse of ∆=25cm

By the Pythagoras Theorem

H²=P²+B²
25²=P²+15²
625=P²+225
P²=625-225
P²=400
P=✓400
P=20cm

Area of ∆= 1/2*base*perpendicular
Area of ∆=1/2*15*20
Area of ∆=15*10
Area of ∆=150cm²

perfectly fine pure correct answer
