ANSWER :

The Base of the Triangle, b = 8 cm

The Height of the triangle, h = 2b

= 2 × 8

= 16 cm

The Area of the triangle, A = ?

We know that ,

area \: of \: triangle \:  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times h

From this ,,,

Area , A = 1/2 × 8 × 16

A = 4 × 6

A = 64 cm^2

The Area , A is 64 cm^2
