let altitude of farm be x hectare
then, base of farm = 3x
Now, ar(∆) = 1/2×b×altitude
13.40 = 1/2 × 3x × x

x² = 26.8/3
√x² = √8.9
x = 2.98
Altitude = x = 2.98 hectare
base = 3x = 3×2.98 = 8.94 hectare
