so the triangle is isosceles than two sides are equal, perimeter of triangle =32 let side=x than 32=x+x+12 so x=10 now by herons formula s=10+10+12/2=16 now √16(16-10)(16-10)(16-12)=√16×√6×√6×√4=24√4cmsqaure thanks hope it will help you
