Subtract

$\frac{15*4+2}{15}= \frac{62}{15} \\\\ \frac{62}{15} \\\\ \frac{\frac{62}{15}}{2}=\frac{31}{15}$.

The base will be 4/3 and the other two sides will be 31/15
