Let us consider the Equal sides to be = x

by Pythagoras Theorem :-

Height, h = √x² - 40² = √x² - 1600

Given :-

Area if Triangle = 360

1 / 2 × 80 × √x² - 1600 = 360

40 × √x² - 1600 = 360

√x² - 1600 = 360 / 40

√x² - 1600 = 9

x² - 1600 = 81

x² = 1681

x = √1681 = 41

Therefore,

Perimeter of Triangle = 2x + 80

= 2 × 41 + 80

= 82 + 80

= 162 cm

Hence, The required answer is :-

Perimeter of Triangle = 162cm
