hey buddy here is your answer

Given base = 18 cm

==> Area = 108 cm^3

==> as we know = A = bh/2

==> 108= 18h/2

==> 108= 9h

==>12 cm=h

==> now we need to know other sides by using Pythagoras theorem

==> A^2= B/2^2+ h^2

==> A^2 = 18/2^2 + 12^2

==> A^2 =81+144=225

==> A= 15

now formula for perimeter of isosceles triangle= 2a+b

==> 2*15+18 = 48cm (perimeter)
